What this achieves

The AI Library is where you keep answers that Vera, the assistant built into Humavera, has produced for you. Saving an answer turns a passing conversation into a document you can find again, download, and rely on later.

A saved answer is frozen

The important idea is that a saved item is a snapshot, not a live query. It records the answer as it was produced, with the figures it was produced from. Re-opening it next month shows the same content, not a recalculated version.

That is deliberate. An analysis you circulated is evidence of what you were told at the time, and a figure that silently changes underneath you is worse than no figure at all.

Example: if Priya Raman saves a workforce analysis on 12 May 2026 and opens it again in August, it still reads as it did in May — even though the underlying employee data has moved on since.

A consequence worth knowing: a saved item survives changes to your subscription. If a module is later removed from your plan, analyses you already saved remain readable, because they no longer depend on live access to that module.

The library is yours

Saved items are owner-scoped. Your library lists what you saved and nothing else, and there is no way to browse a colleague’s.

Example: an analysis Priya Raman saves is hers. Daniel Okonkwo does not find it in his own library, even though they are both admins at HC Corp.

This matters because Vera works within what the asker can already reach. An admin’s answer may contain company-wide figures a manager has no route to, so a saved copy is not something to pass around inside the product. To share the content, download it and send it deliberately.

Downloading

There is one download per saved item, and you do not choose its format. The library offers the format that suits the language the answer was written in.

Download (.md)	Offered on an Arabic answer. Plain text with formatting preserved.

Arabic answers are complete on screen and download in full. They come as text rather than as a PDF because a PDF of Arabic does not shape the letters correctly, and a broken document is worse than a plain one.

Finding things again

The library lists what you have saved with its title, type, language, and the date it was created, and can be searched and filtered. Give an analysis a title that describes the question it answered, because the question is what you will remember when you come looking.

Example: “Engineering attrition risk, Q1 2026” is findable six months later. “Vera answer” is not.

What happens next

Ask Vera a question anywhere in Humavera, and save the answers worth keeping. Saved analyses become the raw material for something else — a report you build in insights and analytics, a conversation with a manager about their team, or a paper for a leadership meeting. If you need a number that updates on its own rather than a fixed record, build a report instead of saving an answer.
