Read the platform overview
What this achieves
Section titled “What this achieves”The platform overview is a set of counts and totals across every customer workspace on the platform. It answers how many workspaces exist, what plans they are on, and which trials are about to end.
Required role: Humavera platform staff.
- Go to Platform → Dashboard.
- Read the figures across the top for the platform position.
- Read Tenants by status and Tenants by plan for the split across workspaces.
- Read Trials ending within 7 days and work the list.
- Read Top by credit usage (this cycle) and Top by employee count for the heaviest workspaces.
What the figures count
Section titled “What the figures count”| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Active tenants | Workspaces currently active, with the total across all statuses beneath. |
| Total users | User accounts across every workspace, with the active count beneath. |
| Employees (live) | Employee records across every workspace, as a number, with an average per workspace. |
| MRR | Monthly recurring revenue, with the count of active subscriptions beneath. |
| Credits consumed (cycle) | AI credits used in the current cycle, with the last 30 days beneath. |
These are counts, not records. A workspace’s employee figure is how many employee records exist in it, and nothing on this page opens one.
Example: the overview shows that HC Corp has a live employee count and sits on a given plan. It does not show who those employees are.
Trials ending
Section titled “Trials ending”Trials ending within 7 days lists each workspace whose trial is about to expire, with the days remaining and the end date. It is a worklist rather than a report: a trial that ends without a decision leaves a customer without the plan they were evaluating.
Example: a workspace with three days left is one to reach before the trial lapses, not after.
Where nothing is expiring, the panel says so rather than showing an empty list.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”The overview tells you which workspaces to open, and the workspace record is where a plan, an entitlement, or a credit balance is actually changed. Trials ending and workspaces near the top of the credit-usage list are the two entries into that work.
