View your team's commission

What this achieves

Team Commission shows a manager where their direct reports stand against their commission targets for the period. It is read-only: it answers how the team is tracking, and changes nothing.

Required role: Administrator or Manager.

Steps

Go to Payroll → Team Commission.
Read where each report stands for the period shown.

What each row can say

A row tells you where someone is, or why there is nothing to show for them.

Option	Description
Attainment against target	The report’s position, as a percentage of target or as a unit count.
No commission plan	The employee is not on a commission plan.
No target set	They are on a plan, but no target has been set for this period.
Not recorded	A target exists, but attainment has not been recorded yet.

The distinction between the last two matters. “No target set” is a configuration gap that needs fixing before the period closes; “not recorded” means the period’s actual performance has not been entered yet.

Example: if one of Olivia Bennett’s reports shows No target set partway through a quarter, they have nothing to be measured against and will earn nothing from the plan for that period unless it is corrected.

Scope

You see your direct reports. This follows the same rule as the rest of Humavera: a manager’s access is limited to their own reports, enforced when the data is requested rather than by hiding rows.

If nobody currently reports to you, there is no team commission to show.

This view changes nothing

Attainment figures are recorded by your HR team, and payouts are approved separately by administrators. A manager cannot edit either from here.

That separation is the point. Commission affects pay, so the person managing the seller is not the person recording their attainment or approving the payout.

If a figure looks wrong

Raise it with whoever runs payroll or HR for you rather than trying to correct it here. If attainment was recorded incorrectly and the batch has already been approved, the correction becomes a delta in the next batch rather than a change to what was approved.

What happens next

Once attainment is recorded, a batch is computed for the period and approved by a second administrator. Approved payouts reach a payslip according to the plan’s payout timing, and each of your reports sees their own detail in their own commission view.
