Review your plan and subscription

The subscription page shows what plan your workspace is on, which modules that plan enables, and where your AI credits stand. Compare plans shows what other plans include and is where a change is requested.

Required role: Administrator.

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription.
  2. Read the Current plan, its status, and the Modules summary.
  3. Check the AI credit position.
  4. Select Compare plans to see what other plans include.
  5. Request a change from there if you want one.

Current planThe plan your workspace is on.
StatusActive, Past Due, Cancelled, Expired, or Trialing.
ModulesHow many modules are enabled out of the total.
AI creditsYour credit position for the current cycle.

The Modules summary is the practical one. It is the fastest answer to why part of Humavera is not available to your workspace.

Which one you get depends on the direction you are moving, and they behave differently.

OptionDescription
UpgradingTakes effect immediately. The confirmation names the prorated amount charged today for the rest of the current billing period, and the new features are available once it goes through.
A trialStart 14-day trial begins a trial of a higher plan. A card is required to start it, and the trial converts to a paid subscription unless it is cancelled before it ends.
Requesting a changeRequest downgrade and Request plan change submit a request for review rather than changing anything. You are notified when it is decided, and a pending request appears on this page with the option to cancel it.

Example: an HC Corp UK Ltd administrator upgrading to obtain calibration pays a prorated amount for the remainder of the period and has the module the same day. Moving back down later is a request rather than an immediate change.

Where a trial has already been used, the option to start another is not offered and the page says so — the route is to subscribe directly.

A trial requires a card at the point you start it, and it becomes a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel first. The screen states the billing frequency that will apply.

Set your own reminder for the cancellation date rather than relying on noticing. A trial that converts is a normal subscription, cancellable in the usual way, but by then the first period has been charged.

Some workspaces are on a managed subscription, where the term, employee cap, and pricing are set by agreement with an account manager. Where that applies, there are no self-serve plan or seat changes on this page, and the route to a change is your account manager.

If you see that on your workspace, the compare-plans screen is informational rather than actionable for you.

Included AI credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and unused ones do not roll over. Top-up credits purchased separately never expire and carry across cycles.

Humavera warns you when credits run low, showing the percentage remaining, and again when they are exhausted, showing the reset date.

Example: HC Corp UK Ltd finishing a cycle with unused included credits starts the next cycle at the plan’s allowance, not above it.

Distributing the pool to employees is a separate task — an employee with no allocation cannot use AI features regardless of what the pool holds.

Manage payment opens a secure customer portal where your saved payment method, billing address, and tax IDs are held. The portal is where card details are entered and changed — they are never typed into Humavera itself.

Where a subscription is live, the page also shows the next payment date, so what is due and when is answerable without opening the portal.

Paid invoices appear on the page with their date, amount, and status, and each can be opened or downloaded as a PDF. View all opens the full history.

VoidCancelled and not payable.

Where a workspace has not completed a billing cycle yet, the panel says so rather than showing an empty table — receipts appear once the first cycle completes.

Cancel subscription stops the next renewal. The confirmation states what happens: access stays live to the end of the current billing period, after which the workspace is downgraded, and you can re-subscribe any time before then.

Cancelling is scheduled rather than immediate. Nothing is switched off on the day you cancel.

Example: an HC Corp UK Ltd administrator cancelling mid-cycle keeps everything until the period ends. If the decision is reversed a week later, re-subscribing avoids the downgrade entirely.

Your plan decides which modules your workspace can open and how many AI credits arrive each cycle. If a section of Humavera appears locked, this page is where you confirm whether your plan includes it — the Settings overview explains what locked sections mean.
