Work your saved analyses

The library holds answers from Vera that you chose to keep. A saved answer stays exactly as it was produced, so you can find it again months later and it still says the same thing.

Required role: Any signed-in user.

  1. Ask Vera a question and run the analysis.
  2. Select Save to library on the answer.
  3. Go to AI Library to find it again.
  4. Use the search box, All types, or All languages to narrow the list.
  5. Open the menu at the end of a row for Open, a download, or Delete.
OptionDescription
TitleThe name given when it was saved.
TypeWhat kind of item it is.
LanguageThe language it was produced in.
CreatedWhen it was saved.

Use Reset to clear the filters and see everything again. It appears once you have set one.

Opening an item shows the question it came from above the answer itself, which is what tells you months later why you asked.

The title is what you will be searching by in six months, so make it describe the question rather than the tool.

Example: “Engineering attrition risk, Q1 2026” is findable later. “Vera answer” is not.

What you save is a snapshot. It records the answer as it was produced, with the figures behind it at that moment. Opening it later shows the same content, not a recalculated version.

Example: an analysis Priya Raman saves in May still reads as it did in May when she opens it in August, even though HC Corp’s data has moved on.

If you want a number that keeps up to date, build a report in insights and analytics instead of saving an answer.

Saved items belong to the person who saved them. A colleague does not find your analyses in their own library.

Example: an analysis Priya Raman saves is hers. Daniel Okonkwo does not see it, even though they are both administrators at HC Corp.

There is a reason for that beyond tidiness. Vera answers within what the asker can see, so an administrator’s analysis can contain figures a manager is not entitled to. To share the content with somebody, download it and send it deliberately.

There is one download action per saved answer, and it offers the format that suits the language the answer was written in.

OptionDescription
Download PDFOffered on an English answer. A fixed-layout document for circulating or filing.
Download (.md)Offered on an Arabic answer. Plain text with the formatting kept.

Arabic answers are complete on screen and download in full. They are offered as text rather than as a PDF because a PDF of Arabic does not shape the letters correctly, and a broken document is worse than a plain one.

Delete removes an item from your library, and the confirmation states that this cannot be undone. Download anything you might want first — the saved answer is the only copy of what you were told at the time.

Saved analyses become the raw material for something else: a conversation with a manager, a paper for a meeting, or a report you build properly in insights and analytics. Nothing you save changes on its own, which is what makes it usable as a record of what you were told.
