Read your rewards
What this achieves
Section titled “What this achieves”My Rewards shows what your company links to performance outcomes and where you currently stand against it. It is your own view of your own position — nobody else’s appears here.
Required role: Any signed-in user.
- Go to Performance → My Rewards.
- Read the line at the top of Your current standing.
- Check whether it is marked Projected or Final.
- Read Your objective progress and Your rating beneath it.
- Read What you can earn for the tiers your company has set.
Projected is not final
Section titled “Projected is not final”This is the distinction the page is built around.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Projected | A forecast from your objective progress so far. It becomes final when your performance rating is released. |
| Final | Your rating is released and the position is settled. |
| Pending | No performance signal yet, so there is nothing to show. |
Example: James Whitfield sees a projected tier in February from his objective progress. It is a forecast, and his released rating in April is what settles it.
Read the badge before you read the tier. A projected figure can move.
What the standing line tells you
Section titled “What the standing line tells you”The line at the top says one of a few things, and the wording is precise.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| You qualify for a tier | Your outcome meets the threshold for that reward tier. |
| You are tracking toward a tier | The same, but projected rather than settled. |
| You did not meet the threshold | Stated as eligibility, and the screen says explicitly that this is not a penalty. |
| Shown for information only | Your company has not linked rewards to outcomes, so your outcome is displayed without a reward attached. |
| Not eligible until a date | A disciplinary action on record blocks eligibility until the date named. |
That last one is worth understanding. Where a disciplinary outcome carried a bonus-ineligibility consequence, this page is where it surfaces, with the date it runs until. The reward position is affected; the outcome itself lives with the disciplinary case.
Example: an ineligibility recorded against Tom Hargreaves shows here as a date, not as a description of what happened.
What you can earn
Section titled “What you can earn”Where your company has linked rewards to outcomes, the table lists each outcome, the tier it maps to, and the reward attached. A reward is either a multiple of your base or recognition without a payment.
The table also names how the outcome is measured: from your rating, from your objectives, or from both. Where a minimum rating or a minimum proportion of objectives applies before anything is earned, those floors are stated beneath it.
Example: a tier requiring a minimum share of objectives means missing that floor leaves you outside the tier however strong the rest is.
Where nothing is listed, your company has not connected rewards to performance outcomes. Your outcome still appears; there is nothing attached to it.
This is eligibility, not a payment
Section titled “This is eligibility, not a payment”Nothing on this screen is money that has been paid or promised. It tells you what you qualify for under the rules your company has set. Anything that follows is decided and paid elsewhere, and the timing of it is a question for your manager or your HR team rather than this page.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”Once your rating is released, a projected standing becomes final and stops moving. Where a reward follows, it is issued through compensation and appears in your total rewards; where the page shows an outcome for information only, no reward is attached to it at all. If a figure here does not match what you expected, the place to start is your objectives and your released rating, because both are what this page reads from.
